Rod Steve Kovacevich Memorial Scholarship

The Rod Steve Kovacevich Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students who are a resident of Gogebic County, Michigan or Iron County, Wisconsin with preference given to students who are majoring in a business related program. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA. Established by Rev. Dr. Ardyth Kovacevich Johnson in loving memory of her brother who attended GCC and graduated with honors from Michigan State University. He served his country and fought in the Battle of Hamburger Hill in Vietnam. He was a bright, loyal and courageous man who was faithful to God, country, family, and friends.
